You can download and use Lyris ListManager at no cost to manage a Microsoft MSDE or PostgreSQL database of up to 200 people. This free software includes the Standard feature set, and may be configured for announcement and discussion lists for one site.

To run a larger database, connect to Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, or use the Pro or Enterprise features, you will need to purchase a license or contact us to obtain an evaluation Serial Number.
